"Thank you so much Carlos!! I would recommend anyone who has an issue with their pup to get in touch with Carlos. Unfortunately for me, I live in Spain, but I saw a helpful comment he wrote for someone on instagram. I thought I would sent him a message and he replied almost immediately (taking account of the time difference!). We had a great chat on the phone, for maybe an hour, he was really helpful and made some great suggestions to help with my dog. Our dog is a terrified rescue dog ,so he suggested ideas and a plan that will help her needs. Since our 1st conversation we have been in contact over the phone and he is so fast to reply, and is always happy to help, he made me feel like is he always available if we need him or need some advice! "I was very close to giving up on our 9 week old puppy. He was nipping and biting and my 8 and 5 year old kids were so scared and anxious that they would run from the dog. I did not know how to control his behavior. In just two hours Carlos restored a calm in the kids, in me and in the puppy. Carlos even made the trip with me to the kids school as I drove with the puppy to pick them up to understand the dynamic between the dog and kids. Thank you, for your patience and willingness to help. We can't wait to try them all out. Update: My dog is a therapy dog in training. We had difficulty keeping her engaged with the patients and keeping her attention in order to follow commands. With the suggestions given she was able to sit still for almost an hour so that the patients could pet her. Her ability to follow directions improved tremendously. We are confident with consistency she will keep improving at her job. My current Foster dog has been difficult to adopt out since he acts aggressive toward new people with barking, growling and lunging. "Carlos is an amazing trainer. We have tried petsmart training and it didnt work that well. We were kind of skeptic trying a personal trainer but Carlos is more than a trainer. He understands dogs so well. Coco (my dog) was already listening to him as soon as he entered the door. He was not in a rush at all and was very patience with all of our questions. He went on a walk with us taking Coco along and explained us in detail how to walk the dog. We have to listen to their body language. They communicate with you all the time.
